Los Angeles singer/songwriter, Neal Weiss, needed a logo for his recording label under which he releases the music he makes with his Alt-Country-Rock band, Weed Patch. The name of his label, OhGrowUpAlready, is Neal’s hyper-self-aware jab at the fact that he’s a grown man with a family, yet he’s still trying to live out his boyhood dreams of being a rock star. Judging by the great music Neal continues to write and produce, it’s just a matter of time.

Playing off this theme of childhood and the obvious musical connection, I used an image of a baby taking his first steps…with a guitar in his hand. The logo fit the vibe of Neal’s music perfectly with its wry tongue-in-cheek tone and versatility.
